Charming chalet, built in 1898 and completely renovated, located in the middle of the old town of Arinsal at 1,467 meters above sea level. A 2-minute walk from the Vall Nord cable car and on the edge of the entrance to the Valls del Comapedrosa Natural Park, where the highest peak in Andorra is located at 2,942 meters. Ideal location for a getaway to ski, hike or simply disconnect with family or friends.
Inside you will find small treasures from the history of Arinsal. While you enjoy incredible views from the living room, with the fireplace lit, with good company and a glass of wine on the center table - made from the wheel of the first cart that was in the village. In the same living room and next to the fireplace you will see the pastera, an original piece of furniture that was once used to make bread.
Another option is, if the weather cooperates, to enjoy the outdoor space while having a barbecue, with the privilege of being surrounded by nature but in the heart of the old town.

Credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. For non-refundable rate reservations, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card, the same day the reservation is made.
Check in - check out:
On the day of arrival you can occupy the apartment from 3:30 p.m. (if the apartment were ready, we would have no problem giving you the keys before that time. Contact us).
During Check-in, the identity document of all the occupants of the apartment must be shown, as indicated by the Law on the Registration of Tourist Accommodation Occupancy.
A credit card will be requested to carry out a pre-authorization of €150 to guarantee the good care and use of the apartment, furniture and belongings. In the case of XALET EL MALLADOR, the deposit will be €500. Once verified, on the day of departure, the good condition of the apartment will be canceled.
On the day of departure you must leave the apartment before 11am. Notify reception in case of delay. You can leave in the afternoon, when our availability allows it and paying a supplement of €25
If you are going to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know. We will explain how and where to collect the keys to the apartment. Our reception hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In the case of early departure, the total number of nights originally reserved will be charged.
